Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Users must directly contact DailOne for any requests related to the cancellation or removal of submitted advertisements.

Cancellation or removal requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled publishing time. Refund eligibility will be subject to the terms outlined in our Advertising Agreement.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled publishing time are non-refundable, and the advertisement fee will be retained.

Return and Refund Policy

DailOne may collect an advertisement fee (excluding applicable taxes) for ad listings made through the Platform.

If users are dissatisfied with the visibility, content issues, or placement of their advertisement, they may contact DailOne’s support team using the contact information available on the Platform to submit a complaint or feedback.

All complaints will be reviewed thoroughly. Approved refund requests, if any, will be processed and credited to the user's bank account within 5–7 business days.

DailOne reserves the exclusive right to determine the validity of refund requests based on internal evaluation and the terms outlined in the Advertisement Agreement.

Users acknowledge that DailOne is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms, interactions, or outcomes beyond the advertisement listing and visibility facilitated through DailOne.

Any unlawful or threatening behavior towards DailOne’s team, including employees, affiliates, or agents, will result in the immediate cancellation of any refund request, and any pending refund shall be forfeited without prior notice. DailOne also reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases.
